No. Xomer researches your business, writes the copy, and uses stock or AI imagery if you do not have photos. If you do have photos, even better. The intake brief takes about ten minutes. You describe your business, customers, and service area. Xomer handles the rest.

Email Xomer with the requested change. Minor copy and business-detail updates are included in the monthly service. Larger additions or redesigns are scoped separately. After final payment, you own the completed project assets as described in the Terms of Service.

Managed hosting is included while the monthly service is active. You own your domain. When you cancel, we send you a copy of the site as it stands that day, at no charge, and we send the completed package again when your service ends. That link works for 30 days; after that, email us and we will send it again at no charge for 24 months after your service ends. Another provider may need to adapt and host the files. Domain, third-party subscription, migration, and new-provider costs are not included.

You own the completed custom site work after all balances are paid, subject to third-party licenses. If you cancel, we send you a copy of the site at no charge that day, and again when your service ends, under the handoff terms above.

It is not designed for e-commerce stores, custom booking systems, or web applications. If local discovery is not important to your business, the service may not be a good fit.
