Privacy request

Use this form to ask Reboot Inc., doing business as Xomer, to act on the personal information we hold about you. This is our designated privacy request route. You can also email [email protected], and either method reaches the same place.

We acknowledge every request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 calendar days where applicable. If we need more time on a request that allows an extension, we will tell you before the first 45 days are up and explain why.

We verify requests proportionately. We ask only for what we reasonably need to be confident the request is really yours, and we ask for more only when acting on the wrong record could cause harm. We do not discriminate or retaliate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
